We will be closed Saturday, May 25, 2024 through Monday, May 27, 2024 for the Memorial Day Holiday.

If you refer a friend to our school and they attend an Introductory Lesson and Trial Class with us and then become a member we will gladly give you credit for your referral as a thank you.

We want and need you to be healthy for your training. Being healthy will also help protect our Instructor(s) and keep everyone in our Krav Maga community safe and healthy for their training. If we all look out for each other we can all continue to train together. So... if you've been under the weather, sick, or ill, please be considerate of your training partners and Instructor(s) and follow these timelines before returning back to training in our classes.
 

Cold: 3–4 days after last cold symptoms.

Cold & Cough: 3–4 days after last cold/cough symptoms.

Cough: 3–4 days after last coughing symptoms.

Stomach Bug: 5–7 days after last stomach bug symptoms.

Flu: 7 days after last flu symptoms.

RSV: 7 days after last RSV symptoms.

COVID-19: Quarantine 5–7 days.
